# Seeding to a Full Sandbox

Incrementally seed a Full Salesforce Sandbox that already contains data from Salesforce.

The Salesforce permission View Setup and Configuration is required for the Seeding application to identify the sandbox type.

1. In the Template Builder tab, click **Seed**. The Run <template name> Template window opens.
2. In the Destination drop-down list, select a Full Sandbox.
3. Select Incremental or Upsert.
4. If you manually changed, deleted, or added data to the sandbox since the last seed, you need to run a reindexing process. In the Advanced tab, select one of the following options:

    - Do not rebuild destination indexing
    - Rebuild indexing for template objects
5. Click **Seed**. The seeding process begins and you are transferred to the Recent Seeds tab.

You can follow the process status in the status progress bar until the seeding is completed.

The duration of the indexing step is displayed next to the total amount of time for the seed in the Recent Seeds table and in the Seed Report.
