# Secure Installation and Removal FAQs

If you encounter issues while installing Secure, the answers to frequently asked questions can sometimes help you.

## Org Doesn't Have Permission to Display Chatter Photos on Component

If the following error message is shown during installation:`"(CompanyDashboards/hGaxSPjUQeYXnNOlojUyFDYUupRHAQ1) Org doesn't have permission to display chatter photos on component”`

Turn on Chatter: From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Chatter Settings, select Chatter Settings and turn on Chatter.

## Renewing a Secure License After Refresh

When a Salesforce refresh occurs, copying the org's data to a new org, the new org is assigned a new org ID. If Secure is installed in the original org, it’s copied over with the existing data to the new org. This new installation isn’t properly licensed because the new org ID isn’t recognized. Secure doesn’t provide any information to Own other than an Org ID. Contact Own Support for further assistance.

## Batch Configuration Record Is Blocking App Removal

Users are unable to delete batch configuration records when the org license has expired. The following error message is shown. To resolve this issue, activate the Org license. The user is then able to delete the record and remove the Secure application.

## Remove the Secure Application from Salesforce

You can remove the Secure application through the Installed Packages main page.

From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Package, and then select Installed Packages then select Uninstall for the installed Secure package. You can select whether to save Secure’s data for up to 48 hours. The requested uninstall job progress is displayed on the Installed Packages main page. The uninstall job can be canceled at any time prior to completion.
