# Troubleshooting Who Sees What Explorer in Security Center Extension

If you have issues with Who Sees What Explorer in the Security Center Extension, there are some troubleshooting tips that can sometimes help.

## External Users Are Not Visible on the Object Lens

There is a filter on the Object lens to hide external users and it is enabled by default. On the Profiles drop-down list of the available filters, select External Identity User to remove the filter.

## The Records Lens Isn't Working with Clickjack Protection

There are some steps needed to troubleshoot the issue.

1. From Salesforce Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Session Settings, and under Trusted Domains for Inline Frames, select Add Domain.
2. For Domain, enter “\*.force.com”. Make sure the IFrame Type is set to Visualforce Pages.
3. Click Save to add the trusted domain.
4. Locate the “clickjack protection” section and select both “Enable clickjack protection for customer Visualforce pages with standard headers” and “Enable clickjack protection for customer Visualforce pages with headers disabled”.
5. Scroll to the bottom of the Session Settings page and select Save to confirm the updated settings.
