If you don’t see the Quick Pages tab, click the App Launcher and search for and select **Quick Pages**.

## Create a Quick Page

1. On the Quick Pages tab, click **New Quick Page**.
2. Describe to the agent the page that you want, such as what information to show, how to organize it, and what type of graphics you want.

For example: List my open leads and opportunities in a single funnel, sorted by status, including name and amount, with the newest leads at the top.
3. Chat with the agent to refine the page.
4. Save the page.

When you create a page, Quick Pages preserves the draft of the page and your conversation with the agent even if you leave the Quick Pages tab before saving your changes.

If you have access to Agentforce Coworker, you can start your creation of a Quick Page from there. When you describe your business need to Agentforce Coworker, the agent sends a prompt to Quick Pages and gives you a link to the Quick Pages tab. You can update, save, or share the page from the Quick Pages tab.

## Edit a Quick Page

When you edit a shared page, all users who you shared the page with can see your saved changes.

1. On the Quick Pages tab, select a page.
2. Click **Edit**.
3. Chat with the agent to update the page as necessary, such as to refine the page design or add information.
4. Save the page.

Quick Pages preserves your conversation history with the agent, so when you return later to edit a page, you can see a record of your earlier chats about that page. If you edit a page and don’t save it, Quick Pages preserves the conversation history and your requested changes in the draft. However, the published page shows the last saved version.

## Share a Quick Page

You can share a page with individual users, with public groups in the org, or with the entire org.

1. On the Quick Pages tab, select a page.
2. Click **Share**.
3. Search for and select the names of individuals or public groups, or select **All org**.
4. Save your changes.

Standard users can share the pages that they create. Quick Pages respect existing Salesforce permissions. On shared pages, users can see only the data that they have access to, so different viewers can see more or fewer details than you can, depending on their Salesforce access.
