# About Next Best Actions

Create and display offers and actions for your users that are tailored to meet your unique criteria. Develop a strategy that applies your business logic to refine those recommendations. Your strategy distills your recommendations into a few key suggestions, like a repair, a discount, or an add-on service. Show the final recommendations in your Lightning app or Experience Builder site.
