Use these steps when Salesforce Scheduler doesn't show a service territory when users run a flow.

### Required Editions

1. Ensure that the service territory is active.

For information, see [Create Service Territories in Salesforce Scheduler](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=platform.ls_create_service_territories.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Create service territories to organize your service resources and ensure that the service resources are assigned to appointments near their home branch.").
2. Ensure that a work type that links the user-selected work type group to the service territory exists.

For information, see [How Work Types, Work Type Groups, and Service Territories Work Together](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=platform.ls_how_work_types_work_type_groups_and_service_territories_work_together.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Work types are appointment templates that define key parameters, such as appointment duration, preparation and wrap-up buffers, and availability time frame. Work types also map skill requirements for work type groups to ensure that users can create appointments only with service resources who have the necessary skills. A work type links service territories (branch or office locations) to work type groups (appointment topics).").
3. Ensure that the address is complete and the data integration rules updated the geolocation information for the service territory.

    For information, see:

    - [Data Integration Rules for Salesforce Scheduler](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=platform.ls_data_integration_rules_for_salesforce_scheduler.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "See how Salesforce Scheduler uses data integration rules to populate and update geolocation data.")
    - [Enable Maps and Location Services in Salesforce Scheduler](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=platform.ls_provide_maps.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Salesforce Scheduler uses maps and location services to search for appointment locations (service territories).")

4. Ensure that flow customizations aren’t filtering out the service territory.

Check these attributes of the Select Service Territory component:

    - Distance
    - Distance Unit
    - Filter by Resource IDs
    - Service Resource
    - Work Type Group

For information, see [Flow Screen Component: Select Service Territory](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=platform.ls_flowscreencmp_select_srvc_territory.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Enables users to select a service territory (branch or office location).").
