# Salesforce Scheduler Troubleshooter

Salesforce Scheduler uses scheduling policies and other settings and permissions to show records and time slots for appointment scheduling. Salesforce Scheduler Troubleshooter verifies whether the data is set up accurately, users have the relevant permissions, and the object records are shared appropriately. Users with the out-of-the-box System Administrator profile can run Troubleshooter at any time—before or after setup—to identify and fix issues related to org, service resource, and Experience Cloud user setup.

Salesforce Scheduler Troubleshooter supports features released until Summer ’22.

- **[Identify Missing Permissions](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=platform.ls_identify_missing_system_object_and_FLS_perms.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Verify if a user is missing permissions based on the selected scheduling policy. Salesforce Scheduler Troubleshooter only checks whether the minimum permissions required to schedule an appointment are met. You can also check whether the user is missing access permission for a record.
- **[Identify Missing Time Slots](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=platform.ls_troubleshoot_unavailable_time_slots.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
While scheduling an appointment when you can’t find a specific time slot, you can look into the reason, such as the service resource is already booked or doesn’t have the required skills.
- **[Identify Validation Issues with Records](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=platform.ls_identify_validation_issues_with_records.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Check whether a record or record relationship has a validation issue. To validate a single record requires one object and a corresponding record. To validate a record relationship, you additionally provide a primary record ID and multiple related record IDs.
