# Self Check-In Experience for End Users with Lobby Management

Let customers check in by scanning a QR code to manage waitlists more efficiently.

| Check in a customer to the waitlist | Book an appointment by scanning a QR code |
| Move the customer to the top of the waitlist | N/A |
| Move the customer to the end of the waitlist | Move to the end of the waitlist |
| View the entire waitlist | View their position in the waitlist and track their position in the queue |
| Mark the customer as No-Show | Cancel their appointment |
