# Customize Payment Link Expiry

Set the number of minutes after which a payment link expires.

Note

By default, in addition to the time limit that you set, there’s an additional buffer time of 10 minutes.

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Salesforce Scheduler Settings, and then select **Salesforce Scheduler Settings**.
2. In Payment Time Limit, set a payment expiration time in minutes. This field sets the number of minutes after which the payment link expires.
    
    If a payment exceeds this time, the payment can succeed but the appointment can still be canceled.
