# Generate QR Codes for Lobby Management

Greeters can generate QR codes for service territories and waitlists. You can also download the QR code for display, printing, and offline use. 

### Required Editions

## Generate a QR Code for a Waitlist

1. From the App Launcher, find and select **Waitlists**.

    Note When you create a waitlist, make sure you select **Enable self check in** and enter the Experience Site URL.
2. In the QR Code component, click **Generate QR Code**.
3. In the Target URL field, enter your Experience Site URL and click **Generate**.

## Generate a QR Code for a Service Territory

1. From the App Launcher, find and select **Service Territories**.
2. In the QR Code component, click **Generate QR Code**.
3. In the Target URL field, enter your Experience Site URL and click **Generate**.
4. From the App Launcher, find and select **Lobby Management** and activate a waitlist.
