# Update Engagement Channel Type Page Layout for Salesforce Scheduler

To create engagement channel types for Salesforce Scheduler, add the Active and Usage Type fields to the Engagement Channel Type page.

### Required Editions

1. From Setup, open **Object Manager**.
2. Select **Engagement Channel Type** | **Page Layouts** | **Engagement Channel Type Layout**.
3. From the palette, select **Fields**, and then drag Active and Usage Type fields into the Engagement Channel Type Detail section.
4. Save your changes.
