1. In the Salesforce Scheduler Setup app, on the Operating Hours tab, click **New**.

Alternatively, you can click **Add Time Slots** on the Operating Hours component on a service territory, work type, or service territory member record page. If you don’t see the Operating Hours component on these record pages, see [Add the Operating Hours Component to a Lightning Page](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=platform.ls_add_oh_page.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Add the Operating Hours component to the service territory, service territory member, and work type record pages.").

    ![Tip](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-platform-scheduler-264-0-0-production-enus/0530be2f-891f-4263-a0d7-96ddca56a717/images/icon_tip.png)

Tip You can navigate to a service territory member record in any of these ways:

    - On the service resource record page, find the Service Territories related list, then click the member number.
    - On the service territory record page, find the Service Territory Members related list, then click the member number for the territory member.
2. Enter a name for the operating hours and select a time zone.
3. To add a time slot, under Set Service Appointment Windows, click **Add Row**.

    ![Note](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-platform-scheduler-264-0-0-production-enus/0530be2f-891f-4263-a0d7-96ddca56a717/images/icon_note.png)

Note The total number of time slots that you can add is limited to 200.
4. Select a day, start time, and end time for the time slot.

    Add more rows as required.

    ![Note](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-platform-scheduler-264-0-0-production-enus/0530be2f-891f-4263-a0d7-96ddca56a717/images/icon_note.png)

Note If the end time is on the next day, that time slot appears in the next day’s column while scheduling an appointment. For example, the start time is 8:00 PM on Tuesday and the end time is 12:00 AM on Wednesday. The time slot appears in the column for Wednesday and not in the column for Tuesday.
5. If Concurrent Scheduling is enabled, you can also define time slots for concurrent appointments and specify the maximum number of appointments that can be made in a time slot. Under Set Concurrent Service Appointment Windows, click **Add Row**.

    ![Note](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-platform-scheduler-264-0-0-production-enus/0530be2f-891f-4263-a0d7-96ddca56a717/images/icon_note.png)

Note Create concurrent time slots only for those operating hours that you plan to assign to service territory members. During appointment scheduling, only the concurrent time slots in the service territory member’s operating hours are available for selection. Any concurrent time slots in the work type’s or service territory’s operating hours aren’t available.
6. Select a day, start time, end time, maximum number of appointments, and appointment topic for the time slot.

    Add more rows as required.
7. Save your changes.
