# Configure Video Calls

After you set up your AWS account and your connection to Salesforce, configure video appointments.

### Required Editions

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Video Call, and then select **Video Call Configuration**.
2. Click **New Video Call Configuration**.
3. Enter a label and an API name.
4. For usage type, select **Chime**.
5. Enter the named credential related to your AWS Chime connection.
6. Select the visit region that your AWS admin used when setting up your AWS Chime connection.
7. Enter the AWS IAM Chime Role as the external role identifier.
    
    If you don’t have the role, contact your AWS admin. The format of the value is `arn:aws:iam:00000000000:role/SampleChimeRole`.
8. If you don’t use engagement channels, specify appointment types for video appointments.
    
    You can specify multiple appointment types separated by semicolons.
9. In the Video Control Region and Messaging Region fields, select the region that you chose when creating named credentials.
10. Save your changes.
