Important

- To book appointments by using invitation URLs, users must have access to appointment invitations, service territories, work types or work type groups, and service resources that are selected in the invitation URLs. Users must also have access to the Book Appointment from Invitation flow. Administrators can provide the required read-only access to the objects by using sharing settings or Apex sharing.
- To either book appointments by using invitation URLs or modify appointments that are booked by using invitation URLs, ensure that profiles have visible field-level security access to the Appointment Invitation field of the Service Appointment object.

1. Use a web browser to go to the appointment invitation URL.

The URL opens with the starting week of when the service resource is available. The calendar shows only the time slots that are available between the shared start and end dates. You can use ![previous week icon](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-platform-scheduler-264-0-0-production-enus/0530be2f-891f-4263-a0d7-96ddca56a717/scheduler/images/ls_previous_icon.png) and ![next week icon](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-platform-scheduler-264-0-0-production-enus/0530be2f-891f-4263-a0d7-96ddca56a717/scheduler/images/ls_next_icon.png) to go to previous week and next week, respectively. 2. Select a time slot, and then click **Next**.
3. Review your service appointment details. Optionally, you can enter a subject and description for the appointment.
4. If you’re a guest user, enter your first name, last name, email address, and phone number.
5. Click **Next**, and then click **Finish**.
