# Troubleshoot Jira Integration Issues

Resolve common issues with connecting Jira to Lifecycle Center and importing Jira work items.

## The Import from Jira Button Isn't Available

Your org might not be connected to a Jira workspace, or the Jira authorization might have expired. On the Lifecycle Center Home tab, click **Manage Features**. In the Jira Integration section, click **Connect** and authorize the connection.

## A Jira Work Item Doesn't Appear in Search Results

Make sure that the project filter is set to the Jira project that contains the work item. To search across the connected Jira workspace, select **All Projects** and search again by work item key or summary.

## The Imported Description Looks Different

Jira descriptions can contain rich formatting that Lifecycle Center renders differently. Review the imported description and adjust its formatting as needed.

## Unable to Connect to a Different Jira Workspace

Your org can be connected to only one Jira workspace at a time. If you try to connect a different Jira site than the one currently linked to your org, Lifecycle Center blocks the attempt.

To switch workspaces, first remove the existing connection. On the Lifecycle Center Home tab, click **Manage Features**. In the Jira Integration section, click the dropdown icon next to **Connected**, and select **Remove Connection**. Then connect to the new workspace.
