# Backup Service Dashboard for ServiceNow

The Backup Service Dashboard for ServiceNow provides a comprehensive overview of backup data and files, visual data reports, and the number of records backed up.

The visual data reports are available on the Dashboard of each backup service. When selecting a backup service from the multi-org/multi-service dashboard, the dashboard for that service appears.

- Actions
    - Show This Backup shows the details of the last backup.
    - Recent Backups: Checkmarks next to each backup reveal the details of that backup.
- Statistics
    - Objects/tables are available from the top left drop-down menu.
    - Date Range: Custom date ranges are available using the date picker menu, or select a default time frame.
    - Filter Display: Added, Changed, Removed, or Total metrics are available from the top-right of the chart to filter which data sets to display.
    - Time frame: The mini graph below the main graph lets you zoom into a specific time frame in the time line.
