# Services Screen for Dynamics – Overview

The Services Screen provides a centralized interface for managing Microsoft Dynamics backup services that protect and recover data. Perform actions related to backup service access and view service health quickly with visual status indicators.

- Backup services are located on the Backup tab. A list of previously created backup services is shown on the services screen.
- From the services screen, users can:
    - Create a New Service: Click New Service to set up a new service to backup.
    - Search: Use the search bar to locate a specific service.
    - Filter Services: Toggle icons to filter services by status:
        - All: Displays all backup services.
        - Success: Shows the Data backed up successfully. For further details see Statuses on Cards section.
        - Warning: Shows services with warnings. The warning may be in the Data backup, the File backup or both.
        - Error: Shows services with errors. The error may be in the Data backup, the File backup or both.
        - Running: Shows services currently running.
        - Archived: Shows archived services.
    - Sort the order in which the service cards appear, according to:
        - Name: The name of the service.
        - Status: Success, Warning, Error, Running or Archived.
        - Provider: Salesforce, Microsoft, ServiceNow, and so on.
        - Org Type: Production or Sandbox.
        - Business Unit: The specific users group with specific access to production environments.
        - First Backup: Time and date when this service was first backed up.
        - Latest Backup: Time and date of the latest backup for this service.
        - Favorite: Services that have been tagged with the Favorite star.
    - Select to view the services in the default cards view or the list view. The list of services in the list view can be sorted by:
        - Provider: Salesforce, Microsoft, ServiceNow, etc.
        - Status: Success, Warning, Error, Running or Archived.
        - Favorites: A yellow star icon tags your favorite services to view.
        - Name: The name you defined for this service.
        - Org Type: Production or Sandbox.
        - Type: Data or Metadata.
        - Business Unit: The specific users group with specific access to production environments.
        - First Backup: Time and date when this service was first backed up.
        - Last Backup: Time and date of the latest backup for this service.
    - Initiate a Compare job or a Find job using the Jobs dropdown menu from a specific service (either in Cards view or List view). This method initiates a job within a particular Service.
    - Pin a Service using the Favorite Star Feature. If you're managing many Backup Services, but only a few Services are needed to be accessed often, you can tag your favorite services. This ensures that the favorite Service is pinned to the top of the Services screen, and remains at the top every time you access the Services screen.
