# Backup Service Dashboard in Backup & Recover for Salesforce

The Backup Service Dashboard for Salesforce provides a compreshensive overview of a service. See how many records and files are backed up, find out which recent backups had issues, and visualize changes in objects over time.

- As data and file backups are performed separately, the summary of the backup shows:
    - Records: The number of records backed up and the size in MB.
    - Files: The accumulated number of files backed up out of the total, due to daily API limit restrictions.
- Actions
    - Last Backup: Show This Backup displays the details of the last backup.
    - Recent Backups: Checkmarks next to each backup reveal the details of that backup.
- Statistics
    - Objects/tables are available from the top left drop-down menu.
    - Date Range: Custom date ranges are available using the date picker menu, or select a default time frame.
    - Filter Display: Added, Changed, Removed, or Total metrics are available from the top-right of the chart.
    - Time frame: The mini graph below the main graph lets you zoom into a specific time frame in the time line.
