# Back Up History Tables in Backup & Recover for Salesforce

Include an object's field history in Salesforce backups. History tables capture and store historical data for each record, so you can track changes and understand the evolution of data over time.

1. From the service you want to modify, go to the **Backup Exclusions** tab.
2. Select the exclusion rule for History Tables.
3. Click the **Remove exclusion** icon.
4. Click **Remove**.
    
    The item is included starting from the next backup.
