# Download a Backup in Backup and Restore for Salesforce to CSV

Get a comprehensive and easily accessible record of your backup data in a CSV file. Use separated metadata objects for integration with other systems or for data management tasks. Gain insights into your backup history and performance when you filter and analyze backup data.

1. From a specific backup, click Download.
2. Select to download All or Specific objects/tables.
3. If you selected Specific objects/tables, select the objects/tables you wish to download.
4. Select whether to include attachments.
5. Click Run.
    
    The export begins, and you are redirected to the Jobs tab. When the export is completed successfully, a confirmation is displayed.
6. Once the job completes, click Click here to download the CSV.
