# Review Extracted Document Data

Open a review that a flow created, compare the extracted data with the original document, correct any values, and submit the review so the flow resumes.

Before you review extracted data, ensure that:

- The Extract Data from Document action in your flow has Human Review Settings turned on. See [Set Up Document Extraction and Routing to Human Review](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=platform.automate_flow_task_setup_document_extraction_routing.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Add the Extract Data from Document action to your flow, configure the document and configuration inputs, store the output, and route the extracted data to human review.").
- The flow ran and created a review.

When the Extract Data from Document action has Human Review Settings turned on, the flow pauses and creates a review. You don't need to build a screen flow for reviewers. Reviewers complete the review in the Document Review window, and the flow resumes with the reviewed values when they submit.

1. In the Automation app, select the **Human Reviews** tab.

The All Human Reviews list shows each review's status (New, Completed, or Rejected), review label, document configuration, action, flow label, review ID, creation date, and reviewer.
2. Find the review and select **View**.

The Document Review window opens in a read-only view. The original document appears on the left. The extracted data appears on the right in the **Fields** and **Tables** tabs. Each field shows its confidence percentage. The Fields tab shows how many fields need review.
3. Click **Start Review**.

    The extracted values become editable.
4. **Optional:** To change which values you see, click the arrow next to **Mark as Incorrect** and, under Show Outputs, select **To Review** or **All Outputs**.

To Review shows only the low-confidence fields and table rows. All Outputs shows every extracted value.
5. Compare each value with the original document, and edit any value that is incorrect.
    1. To discard your edits and restore the originally extracted values, click the arrow next to **Mark as Incorrect** and select **Reset All Changes**.
    2. To keep your edits and finish later, click **Save Changes**. To close the window without submitting, click **Exit**.
6. When the values are correct, click **Submit**.

The flow resumes and passes the reviewed values to the Completed path.

After the review is submitted, route the reviewed data to records and business processes. See [Route Reviewed Data to Records and Business Processes](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=platform.automate_flow_task_route_reviewed_data.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Call the screen flow from the orchestration, branch on review outcomes, and add actions to update records, send notifications, or trigger other processes with the reviewed data.").
