Note You don't need to be an admin to have the Manage Flow permission. Ask your admin to add it to your profile or permission set.

Learn more about on-demand flows in [On-Demand Flows](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=platform.flow_concepts_trigger_on_demand.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "On-demand flows are triggered by REST API calls. For example, create an automation to send your customer an SMS message that triggers after a user signs up for a membership program, or after the user clicks a button on your site.")

Open the flows list view.

- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select **Flows**.
- From the Automation app, select the **Flows** tab.

1. Click the actions menu dropdown for your on-demand flow and select **Edit Access**.

The Edit Access button is only available for active flows.
2. Move the profile of the triggering user to the Enabled Profiles list.
3. Click **Save**.
