Supported functionality, usage requirements, and important limitations when using Agentforce to draft flows and formulas.

## Agentforce Trust Layer Service Support

Flows and formulas created by Agentforce supports the Dynamic Grounding with Secure Data Retrieval Trust Layer service.

## Agentforce\-Drafted Flows and Formulas Region Support

## Agentforce\-Drafted Flows Agentforce Limitations

- Agentforce supports only autolaunched, record-triggered, schedule-triggered, screen flows, external system change-triggered flows, and flows that use connectors as actions.
- When creating external system change-triggered flows or flows with MuleSoft for Flow: Integration connectors as actions, write detailed prompts that include field-level instructions and mapping information. Generative AI maps fields between source and target systems, including mandatory fields, however, adding these details to your prompts ensures deterministic and predictable results.
- Agentforce can generate flows with up to about six elements. If you need a more complex flow, let Agentforce create the first part and add elements after the draft flow opens in Flow Builder.
- Standard and custom objects are supported, but custom fields on standard objects aren’t supported.
- Advanced formulas, record variables, Apex actions, and invocable methods aren’t supported.
