# View Approval Submissions

Use approval submissions list views to see lists of and details about approval submissions.

1. Use the Approval Submissions item or the Approvals app to see approval submissions list views.
2. To use the Approval Submission object to view approval submission, in the App Launcher, find and select **Approval Submissions**.
3. To use the Approval app to view approval submissions, in the App Launcher, find and select **Approvals**, then click **Manage All Pending Approval Submissions** or **Manage My Approval Submissions**.
4. To see all in-progress, completed, canceled, and recalled approval submissions, from the dropdown list, select **All Approval Submissions**.

    Note The items displayed in the list view depend on your access. If you don’t have access to see all approval submissions, only approval submissions that you submitted are shown.
5. To see all in-progress approval submissions, from the dropdown list, select **Pending Approval Submissions**.

    Note The items displayed in the list view depend on your access. If you don’t have access to see all approval submissions, only in-progress approval submissions that you submitted are shown.
6. To see all of your in-progress, completed, canceled, and recalled approval submissions, from the dropdown list, select **My Approval Submissions**.
7. To see details for a specific approval submission, on the an approval submission list view, click the link in the Approval Submission Name column.
    
    The Details tab shows information for the approval submission, including the name of and a link to the related record to review, the approval submission status, the name of the person who submitted the approval, and a link to the orchestration run related to the displayed approval submission.
    
    The Related tab shows a list of approval work items that have been created for the approval submission with associated details.
8. To see the history of the orchestration run related to the parent approval submission, on the Details tab, click the link under **Orchestration Run**, and then click the **Related** tab.
    
    A page with lists of the orchestration stage runs, orchestration step runs, and orchestration run log items associated with the orchestration run opens.
9. To see a full list of orchestration stage runs, orchestration step runs, or orchestration run log items associated with the orchestration run, under the desired list, click **View All**.
