The workflow owner has Edit access to workflows and can delete them. The workflow owner receives updates as tasks complete.

The blueprint creator has Comment access to workflows by default and can't edit or delete them unless the blueprint creator also has the Admin role.

Each user has exactly one workflow permission level: Edit, Comment, or View.

Workflow Access Levels for Blueprint Creators and Workflow Owners
| Role | Access level | Can delete |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Blueprint Creator | Comment | No (unless Admin role) |
| Workflow Owner | Edit | Yes |
