With custom list views you can save filter and column configurations for the Home page, making it easy to access the workflow information most relevant to you.

Only columns visible in the list view are available as filter options. To filter by a column that's not shown, add that column to the list view, and then add the filter.

## Manage List View Columns

Add, remove, or move columns in the Home workflows list view.

1. From the Home page, click **Columns**.
2. To add a column, add a field.
    1. Search for a field or blueprint.

Fields are grouped by blueprints where they're used.
    2. Click the field to add as a column.

The column is added to the Selected list.
3. To remove a column, click **x** next to the column.
4. To move a column, drag the column within the Selected list.
5. To move multiple columns, press the Shift or CMD key, and then click the columns you want to move. Drag them to their new location.

2. Click **Share**.
3. Select people, teams, or roles to share the list view with.
4. Click **Share**.

## Reorder Columns on the Home Page

Rearrange columns on the Home page to customize the workflow list view layout in Agentforce Operations.

1. On the Home page, locate the column header you want to move.
2. Drag the column header to its new position and release.

The column moves to the new position and the layout updates in real time.

## Group Sorted Workflows

Sort workflows by multiple columns at a time to group and organize the list in Agentforce Operations.

Use multi-column sorting to group workflows and then sort within those groups. For example, sort by status first and then by due date to see overdue workflows grouped together and ordered by urgency.

1. From the Home page, click **Sort**.
2. Select a column to sort by and select ascending or descending order.
3. To add another sort level, click **Add sort** and select another column.

The list sorts by the first column, then sorts within those groups by the second column. Keep adding columns to the sort to add more groupings.

Tip To quickly add or remove sorts, press CTRL or CMD and then click the column header that has the sort.

1. From the Home page, in the views dropdown, hover on the view you want to set as the default.
2. Click **Set default view**.

The selected list view now opens by default when you load the Home page.
