# Track Workflows in Agentforce Operations

Monitor workflow activity, status, and progress so you can spot bottlenecks, manage due dates, and keep work on schedule. Use the Home page, list views, and filters to focus on the workflows that matter most to you.

The Home page is your hub for tracking workflow activity. From there, you can:

- See all the workflows you have access to, sorted by latest activity.
- Spot overdue tasks, problems, and on-track workflows at a glance.
- Customize columns and filters to focus on the workflows that matter to you.
- Save and share custom list views with your team.
- Filter workflows by tag, blueprint, owner, or any other field.

Use workflow statuses to understand the state of each workflow and where to focus your attention.

## Ways to Track Workflows

The Home page gives you a real-time snapshot of all workflow activity, including which workflows are on track, overdue, or need attention. Create custom list views to organize workflows by criteria that matter to you, such as owner, status, or blueprint. Save and share views with your team.
