# Complete Multiple Tasks at a Time in Agentforce Operations

When you have 5 or more tasks of the same name and type from the same blueprint, Agentforce Operations creates a smart view. From the smart view, you can enter information and complete multiple tasks at a time.

A smart view shows on your Tasks page when you're assigned 5 or more tasks that share the same name and type from the same blueprint. Instead of opening each task individually, you can enter information and complete all matching tasks directly in the table. Smart views are useful for high-volume, repetitive tasks such as approving a batch of purchase orders or submitting the same data for multiple suppliers.

Each smart view includes the following columns:

- Selection checkbox to select tasks for bulk action.
- Status, which indicates whether a task has a problem, is overdue, on track, completed, expired, paused, or ended.
- Task name, which opens the task drawer so you can view the task individually.
- Assignee, which lists all people and teams assigned to the task.
- Due date.
- Workflow name, which shows the workflow the task belongs to.
- Shared fields, which appear as separate columns for each piece of information shared on the task. Shared fields have a gray background.
- Requested fields, which appear as separate columns for each piece of information requested on the task. Requested fields have a white background.

To reassign tasks, update CC recipients, or change due dates in bulk, see [Bulk Edit Tasks in Agentforce Operations](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=platform.automate_afsc_bulk_edit_tasks.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Update assignees, CC recipients, or due dates on multiple tasks at a time from the Tasks page or from a user's profile in Agentforce Operations.").

Note Column resizing, reordering, and sort order changes aren't saved. Your changes are lost when you refresh the page.

You can enter requested information directly in the table for checkbox, currency, data source, date, document, email, multi-select, number, people, phone, select, text, and role fields. Signature fields require opening the individual task. The table supports drag-and-fill and copy and paste for quick entry, except for document, data source, and signature fields.

1. In the navigation sidebar, click **Tasks**.
2. If needed, click the view dropdown and select the smart view you want to work in.

The Tasks page automatically opens the first smart view that has open tasks.
3. Select the checkboxes for the tasks that you want to act on.

You can select up to 50 tasks at a time.
4. If needed, provide information directly in the table for each task.

    1. On the cell in the table that you want to edit, double click the cell, or press the enter key.
    2. Enter or select a value.

To populate cells quickly, copy and paste values. To resize a column to fit its content, double-click the edge of the column header.

Note Drag and fill and copy and paste aren't supported for document, data source, or signature fields. To complete a signature field, open the individual task.
5. Act on the selected tasks.
    - For standard tasks, click **Complete**, **Report a problem**, or **Resolve problem**.
    - For approval tasks, click **Approve** or **Reject**.

Note If a task fails to submit, it's listed in the confirmation with a reason. You can open any failed task in a new tab to review and resubmit it.
