To support high-velocity intake, such as receiving purchase orders or freight invoices, stakeholders can start workflows by sending an email. Each blueprint gets a unique, customizable system email address. When you send an email to that address, Agentforce Operations creates a workflow instantly.

With this feature, stakeholders can interact with the platform without signing in.

1. [Create a blueprint](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=platform.automate_afsc_create_blueprint.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Use AI to generate a blueprint by describing your process and optionally uploading supporting documents. You can also build a blueprint from scratch or import one from another workspace. Anyone with the Creator role can generate blueprints in Agentforce Operations.") or [edit an existing blueprint](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=platform.automate_afsc_blueprints_edit.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Open an existing blueprint for editing to add stages, tasks, automations, or other changes.").
2. In the blueprint, click the **Settings** tab.
3. For **Create workflows via email,** click **Set up**.
4. Select **Allow users to create workflows via email once this blueprint has been published.**
5. Confirm that the **Workflow owner** field has a value. If not, assign an owner.
6. Customize the system email address for the blueprint.
7. Optionally, to send a confirmation email to the person who sent the email, select **Send a confirmation email after a workflow is created via email.**
8. Click **Next**.
9. Configure who can create workflows via email:
    - Restrict to individuals with the Start workflows access.
    - Limit access to specific domains. Then, add the domains to give access to
    - Open access to anyone who has the email address.
10. Click **Save**.
11. Publish the blueprint.

When someone sends an email to the blueprint's system email address, Agentforce Operations creates and starts a workflow from the blueprint.
