# Administer Your Agentforce Operations Workspace from the Admin Page

As an admin, manage people, teams, integrations, data sources, AI agents, and workspace settings from the Admin page in Agentforce Operations.

### Required Editions

<table class="slds-table slds-table_bordered slds-max-medium-table_stacked slds-m-bottom_small permission">
      <colgroup>
        <col>
      </colgroup>
      <thead class="slds-text-title_caps ">
        <tr class="">
          <th scope="colgroup" class="slds-cell-wrap" colspan="1" style="text-align:left;vertical-align:top;" id="d2169e37">License Required</th>
        </tr>
      </thead>
      <tbody>
        <tr class="">
          <td data-label="License Required" class="slds-cell-wrap" style="vertical-align:top;" headers="d2169e37 ">
            <p>This feature is a workspace that’s external to your Salesforce org and requires
              an Agentforce Operations license. </p>
            <p style="margin-bottom:0;">To purchase an Agentforce Operations license, contact your Salesforce account
              executive.</p>
          </td>

        </tr>
      </tbody>
    </table>

The Admin page is your governance panel for the workspace. From a single location, control who has access, how they're organized, what external systems connect to your workspace, and how the workspace looks and behaves.

## What You Can Manage

Review the Admin page tabs and what you can do on each one.

People

Manage internal users and external users. Assign specific access levels that determine what each user can see and do in the workspace. Learn more in [Manage Users in Agentforce Operations](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=platform.automate_afsc_managing_users.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Add users to your workspace, assign roles that control access, and manage user accounts. Users can be internal employees or external partners.").

Roles

Manage roles that provide access to different places and actions in the workspace. Learn more in [User Roles and Access Levels in Agentforce Operations](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=platform.automate_afsc_roles.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Assign specific roles to users that define what they can do in Agentforce Operations. You can use the system roles, or create custom roles. Grant granular access levels to blueprints and workflows.").

Teams

Manage teams, which are functional groups of users. When creating a task, you can assign it to a team rather than an individual. Learn more in [Getting Work Done with Teams in Agentforce Operations](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=platform.automate_afsc_assigning_tasks_to_teams.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Use teams in Agentforce Operations to group users for task assignment and collaboration. When you assign a task to a team, all team members can see and work on the task. You can also give blueprint and workflow access to teams for collaboration. Set up teams from the Admin page or the People & Teams page, then grant access or assign tasks to teams, or involve them as approvers or as cc'd participants.").

Integrations

Configure secure API connections so Agentforce Operations can interact with external systems. Learn more in [Connect to External Systems in Agentforce Operations](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=platform.automate_afsc_connect_external_systems.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Connect Agentforce Operations to the external systems that your business uses. Bring in reference data for users to work with, or automate data exchange with other systems during workflow execution.").

Data sources

Import or link to external data, such as a centralized database for supplier lists, customer directories, or part catalogs. Learn more in [Data Sources in Agentforce Operations](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=platform.automate_afsc_data_sources.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Data sources are tables of structured reference data, such as supplier lists, customer catalogs, or parts databases. Admins import data sources into Agentforce Operations so users can look up and validate that data in workflows and tasks.").

AI agents

View all available AI agents. You can rename agents, but you can't create agents or customize the existing ones. Learn more about AI agents in [Assigning Tasks to AI Agents in Agentforce Operations](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=platform.automate_afsc_ai_agents_overview.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Use AI agents in Agentforce Operations to complete specialized tasks with consistent inputs, repeatable results, and clear operational boundaries.").

Settings

Customize key elements to match your company's unique brand. Configure task due dates with your organization's working days and hours, and control task information order. Learn more in [Configure Your Workspace Settings in Agentforce Operations](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=platform.automate_afsc_settings_workspace.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Configure workspace-wide settings in Agentforce Operations from the Admin settings page or from the workspace name.").

## Who Can Access the Admin Page

The Admin item in the navigation sidebar is visible only to users with one or more of these system roles: Admin, People Admin, Data Source Admin, or Integration Admin. The tabs visible on the Admin page depend on which roles you have:

- The **Admin** role provides access to all tabs: People, Roles, Teams, Integrations, Data Sources, AI Agents, and Settings.
- The **People Admin** role provides access to the People, Roles, and Teams tabs.
- The **Integration Admin** role provides access to the Integrations tab.
- The **Data Source Admin** role provides access to the Data Sources tab.
