# Anonymize Limitations

Review the limitations that affect the Salesforce data environment before you start working with Anonymize.

## Person Account Object Limitation

The Person Account object has the Name field, which is read-only and can't be anonymized. It is recommended to anonymize both the First name and the Last name fields and to skip the Name field.

## User Object Fields Limitation

These User object fields display in an anonymize template but can't be anonymized:

- Email field is not supported for anonymization to prevent causing the automatic sending of confirmation emails.
- Username field is not supported for anonymization to allow users to continue logging in using their existing username.

## Unsupported Objects

The Anonymize application doesn't support anonymizing the following objects:

- Group
- Queue
- VoiceCall
- big objects
- external objects
