# Email Bounce Report

The Email Bounce Report contains soft and hard bounced email addresses from all types of email sends from the past year. The at-a-glance KPIs at the top of the report reflect the unique emails sent and breakdowns of delivered vs. bounced emails, and hard vs. soft bounces.

## Available Metrics

 
| Field | Description |
| --- | --- |
| Bounce Date | The timestamp of when the email was returned |
| Bounce Type | Indicates the type of bounce: soft or hard |
| Company | The prospect’s company name |
| Email Address | The email address that bounced |
| Email Name | Internal name of the email that bounced |
| Email Send Type | Indicates the type of email, such as automated email, builder email, or specific inbox integration emails. |
| Prospect Name | The prospect’s first and last name |
| Reason | Indicates why the email was returned, such as an invalid user or a blocked domain |
| Subject | The email subject of the email that bounced |
| Template Name | Internal name of the email template used with the email send, if available |
