# Olark Reporting

The Olark report shows details about prospects who have chatted in from pages with Account Engagement tracking code.

### Required Editions

To view the report, select **Reports** (**Account Engagement Reports** in the Lightning app), and then **Connected Apps** | **Olark**.. Click a prospect’s name in the list to view a link to the prospect’s chat transcript.

Note Messages submitted through an Olark offline form aren’t recorded in a prospect’s activity.
