Then [implement the first-party tracking code](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=mktg.pardot_admin_first_party_tracking_implement_tracking_code.htm&language=en_US).

Place tracking code on web pages that are key to your marketing efforts where tracking activity is valuable. Don’t place the code on more general pages like the home page on your website.

1. Open the Account Engagement Campaigns page.
    - In Account Engagement, select **Marketing** and then **Campaigns**.
    - In the Lightning app, select **Account Engagement Campaigns**. This tab isn’t visible by default—an admin must add it.
2. Open the campaign you want to track.
3. Click **View Tracking Code**. Copy the code.
4. In your web page HTML, paste the campaign tracking code before the close body tag (`</body>`).
