View a single form handler’s report to get detailed information about its performance.

| **Metric** | **Definition** |
| --- | --- |
| Conversions | The number of times that an anonymous visitor submitted the form handler and converted to a prospect. |
| Total Submissions | The total number of times the form handler was successfully submitted. Includes multiple submissions from the same prospect. |
| Unique Submissions | The total number of unique submissions. Removes multiple submissions from the same visitor. |
| Last Submitted | The date and time a prospect most recently submitted the form handler. |
