# End an Editing Session

Admins can end an open editing session to unlock an engagement program, email, or template.

### Required Editions

Warning Ending an editing session discards all unsaved changes.

1. Select **Admin** (**Account Engagement Settings** in the Lightning app), and then **User Management** | **Editing Sessions**.
2. Locate the session you want to end, click the **gear** icon, then click **End Session**
