# Upload Files to Account Engagement

To track file downloads or use images in marketing assets, upload files individually or in bulk.

Important Files that you host with Account Engagement are publicly available at the assigned URL. Don’t upload sensitive information.

To include a vanity URL, campaign assignment, or completion action on a file, upload one file at a time. If you upload files in bulk, these details must be added back one by one. To upload multiple files in a compressed folder, unzip it first.

1. Open the Files page.
    - In Account Engagement, select **Marketing** | **Content** | **Files**.
    - In the Lightning app, select **Content** and then **Files**.
2. Upload your files.
    
    - To upload multiple files at one time, drag them to the upload box, or click **\+ Upload Files** and select your files.
    - To upload a single file, click **\+ Add File**.
3. To finish the upload, follow the prompts.
