# Edit Notification Preferences for Multiple Users

Users with access to the Admin module can edit other users’ email preferences in bulk.

### Required Editions

1. Open the Users page. Select **Admin** (**Account Engagement Settings** in the Lightning app), and then **User Management** | **Users**.
2. Select the users to edit.
3. In the table of actions, from the first dropdown, select **Set a notification preference**.
4. In the second dropdown, select the notification that you want to change.
5. In the third dropdown, select either **Turn On For Selected Users** or **Turn Off For Selected Users**.
6. To apply the changes, click **Go**, and then confirm your changes.
