# Create Channel-Specific Communication Content for Targeted Outreach

After creating an offer, marketing managers can use the Treatment Designer to create tailored content for different delivery channels. Define headings, body text, and call-to-action details to optimize your offer messaging for various customer touchpoints.

### Required Editions

<table class="slds-table slds-table_bordered slds-max-medium-table_stacked slds-m-bottom_small edition"><colgroup><col></colgroup><tbody><tr class=""><td class="slds-cell-wrap" style="vertical-align:top;">Available in: Lightning Experience</td></tr><tr class=""><td class="slds-cell-wrap" style="vertical-align:top;">Available in: <strong>Enterprise</strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Unlimited</strong>, and&nbsp;<strong>Developer</strong>&nbsp;Editions with Real-Time Offer Management</td></tr></tbody></table>

## Components of Offer Treatment Designer

The Offer Treatment Designer dynamically updates its layout and available fields based on the selected channel type. For example, when you select Email as the channel type, the designer displays email-specific fields relevant to creating an email treatment.

## Preview and Manage Treatments

## Next Steps

Review the offer configuration and then, if necessary, initiate an approval workflow. See [Advanced Approvals for Offers](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=mktg.offers_setup_approval.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "After finalizing an offer and its treatment, the marketing team initiates a review and approval cycle that typically spans multiple departments. This includes teams such as marketing, finance, content, compliance, and legal to ensure regulatory adherence and quality. The review process can also include collaboration with external agencies. To accelerate approval process setup, Offer Management provides a set of preconfigured flow templates. Admins can clone these templates and customize the flow logic to mirror the company’s offer approval stages. To trigger the approval process, the admin can configure a simple automation.").

After your offer treatments are approved, use their values to personalize the messages that you send through email, SMS, push notification, and WhatsApp channels. When you update a treatment later, every message that uses it reflects the change automatically. See [Send Offer Messages from Marketing Cloud Next with Outbound Engagement](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=mktg.offers_activation_mc_next.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Marketing managers get communication templates with an offer launch message and a follow-up reminder message for email, SMS, push notification, and WhatsApp channels. After an offer is ready for activation, marketing managers can create an outbound engagement to automate message delivery to offer target audiences.").
