Campaign and marketing managers link Salesforce CMS content to a tactic, such as the creative for a paid social ad. The content then lives in one place with the tactic.

Before you link content, confirm that the tactic belongs to a business unit. The tactic's business unit determines which Salesforce CMS workspaces you can link content from.

1. On a marketing tactic, click **Content**.
2. Click **Link Content**.

Also use the Link Content quick action on the highlights panel of marketing tactics.
3. Select published content items to link, and click **Add**.

Only published CMS content is available to select. Select up to 50 items at a time.

To unlink a content item, use the Unlink Content quick action on the Content tab.
