Marketing managers add tactics, such as an email or a paid social ad, to a program to organize the work that delivers it.

A program's tactics are marketing tactics that point to the program as their source. Each tactic brings together the content that runs it, such as ad creative or a landing page, managed in Salesforce CMS. You create and manage them the same way as any other tactic. A program works across business units, so add a tactic from any of them.
