Campaign managers add tasks to a campaign to assign the work across the team and track everyone's progress in one place.

Tasks capture the work that supports a campaign and assign it to the people who carry it out. Use the Create Task quick action on the campaign's highlights panel, or from the Tasks tab of the campaign's Planning & Operations area. You add and track them the same way you work with any Salesforce task.

To track all your assigned tasks in one place, use the My Tasks card on the home page of the Marketing Planning & Operations app. The card lists your assigned tasks, both open and completed. Each teammate sees their own assigned tasks on their card.
