# Mobile Apps in Marketing Cloud Next

When you connect your in-house mobile apps to the next-gen Marketing, you can create in-app and push notifications that target your users. Build and deploy banners, carousels, and other message types.

For setup information, review Salesforce Help for Marketing Cloud Next admins. See [Set Up Mobile App Messaging](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=mktg.mktg_admin_setup_mobile_app.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "In Marketing Cloud Next, you can use segments and Flow Builder to send timely, personalized notifications to users of your apps. To start sending mobile app messages, add and configure your app in Setup.").

- **[Create a Mobile In-App Message](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=mktg.mktg_content_in_app_create.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Create and send a banner, modal, full-screen or push primer message to engage users while they're using your mobile app. The message contains body text and can optionally include a title, an image, buttons, and additional text.
- **[Create and Manage ‌Push Notifications](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=mktg.mktg_content_push_notification.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Make your push notifications more engaging by adding images, video, audio files, and interactive elements.
