- You can edit the segments in an inactive business unit, but the flows that use these segments can't be activated.
- You can still copy content from an inactive business unit’s workspace and post it to common assets.
- You can remove business unit members from an inactive business unit, but you can't add any new members.
- You can’t use the campaign briefs from an inactive business unit in new campaigns.
- You can’t view the marketing performance dashboards for an inactive business unit.
- Existing DLO filters aren't removed from an inactive business unit, but you can't add new filters.
- You can’t add new channels to an inactive business unit, but you can unassign existing ones.
- All Agentforce and Generative AI capabilities are disabled in an inactive business unit.
- An inactive business unit is no longer available for selection during campaign creation and marketing performance filtering.
