# Monitor Agentic Campaigns with Agentic Campaign Insights

Use Agentic Campaign Insights to track goal progress, review the campaign forecast and audience assignment, and compare channel and message performance. Insights populate as the campaign records sends, attributes conversions, and completes assignment runs.

## How it Works

After you activate an agentic campaign, the Marketing Campaign Agent sends within your guardrails and measures attributed conversions against the campaign goal and target. Agentic Campaign Insights is where you watch that work.

Open the campaign. In the sidebar, under Performance, select **Agentic Campaign Insights**. The page has three tabs: Overview, Adaptive Campaign Audiences, and Optimization. Metrics use the same goal you set on the campaign—for example, order revenue or form submissions—not opens alone. Right after you activate, Goal Progress, Allocation, and assignment charts can be empty until the campaign sends, conversions are attributed, or assignment runs complete.

## Overview

On the Overview tab, you can see whether the campaign is on track for its goal: a short briefing, how likely it is to hit the target by the end date, totals for progress, spend, and reach, progress against the target, how sends are split by channel or by message, and a snapshot of who was evaluated, added, and reached.

- Agentic Summary

A short natural-language snapshot of the campaign. Early in the run it can describe the audience. After the campaign has engagement and conversions, it can include progress, spend, and risk. Use it as a briefing. Confirm details in Goal Progress and on the Optimization tab.
- Success Forecast Score

The projected likelihood of reaching the target by the campaign end date, based on attributed progress so far and the time remaining. A score of 0% with no goal progress data means there isn’t enough attributed conversion data yet. It doesn’t mean the campaign failed.
- Key Metrics

Campaign totals so far: Goal Achievement, Budget Spent, Cost Per Goal Unit, and Audience Reached. These metrics are shown at the campaign level. Channel and message breakdowns are available on the Optimization tab. “Over cap” for Budget Spent means the campaign has spent more than its configured message budget.
- Goal Progress

Attributed conversions compared with the campaign target. The value is a count or an amount, depending on the goal. If you see “No goal progress data available,” wait for conversions, and confirm that attribution is running.
- Allocation over time

How the agent is splitting sends across channels or messages based on performance. Select By channel or By message. This chart is send mix, not goal achievement. If you see “No send data available yet,” the campaign hasn’t sent yet.
- Who got this campaign

How many people were evaluated, added, and reached. To see why they were assigned or held back, select View campaign assignment details.

If Goal Progress and Allocation are empty, wait. The campaign might not have recorded enough sends or attributed conversions yet.

## Adaptive Campaign Audiences

On the Adaptive Campaign Audiences tab, you can see who received this campaign and who didn’t: how the evaluated audience broke down, assignment activity by week (people checked, added, and reached), and the behavioral groups assigned on a day you select.

This tab is available when Adaptive Campaign Audiences is turned on.

- Who got this campaign – and who didn’t

Of the people checked, how many were added to this campaign, and how strong the fit was. The bar splits people added here from people not added to this campaign. A weekly table compares added versus checked. If people were evaluated but not added, you can see where they went instead.

- Assignment activity by week

Cumulative people checked, added, and reached over the campaign. One point per day, grouped by week.
- Daily assignment view

Behavioral groups assigned to this campaign on the day you select, including how many people were added and which assignment runs included that group. Groups are created per run, so totals are for one day at a time.

If reach is lower than the eligible audience, check this tab before you change the goal or content. Look for Weak fit, people checked but not added, and the daily groups. Ask your admin whether frequency caps or other live agentic campaigns are limiting assignment.

## Optimization

On the Optimization tab, you can see how each channel and message contributed to the goal: click rate, share of sends, goal achievement, message budget spent, and cost per goal unit. Expand a channel to compare click rate with a baseline and to review system actions the agent took.

| Metric | What it shows | How to use it |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Click rate | Click-through rate for the channel or message | Engagement quality. A high click rate with low goal achievement means clicks aren’t converting to the goal. |
| Share from sends | Percent of campaign sends on that channel or message | Where the agent is putting volume. Compare with Goal achievement. High share and low achievement can mean an inefficient path. |
| Goal achievement | Attributed result for the goal (amount or count) and percent of the campaign target | How much of the target this channel or message is credited with. |
| Budget spent | Spend for that channel, based on send volume and the channel cost from setup | How much of the campaign message budget this path used. |
| Cost per goal unit | Spend divided by attributed goal result, shown under Budget spent | Efficiency—spend per attributed goal result. A lower value is more efficient. The value appears in green when it’s more efficient and in red when it’s less efficient. Use this to compare paths, not only total spend. |

- CTR vs Baseline

When you expand a channel, a chart compares actual click rate with a baseline. Use it to see whether engagement is holding. Don’t use it in place of Goal achievement.
- System actions

A chronological list of actions the agent took, such as shifting allocation, with a short explanation. If you see “No system events yet,” the agent hasn’t logged a change.

Use Optimization to compare paths. Read Goal achievement and cost per goal unit first, then share of sends, and then click rate. A high click rate isn’t useful if it isn’t producing the goal.

## After activation

Let the agent run the campaign when you can. If you edit a live campaign, it keeps running, but those changes can reduce how well the agent optimizes.
