# Troubleshoot Buyer Engagement Setup

Resolve common issues with setting up the Buyer Engagement agent.

              show the personalized greeting because the selected record isn’t linked to a unified

              <p>
                To preview the personalized greeting, select a record connected to a Unified
                Individual with existing engagement data in your Data Graph. To find a record that meets these requirements, follow these steps:
              </p>
              <ul>
                <li>In Data Cloud, go to Data Explorer and view the records for your data graph.
                  <a href="https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=data.c360_a_view_your_data.htm&amp;language=en_US" target="_blank">Learn how in Salesforce Help</a>.
                </li>

                <li>Select a Unified Individual who has engaged with the Data Graph. The Last
                  Engagement Time column has a value for that row.</li>

                <li>Look up the record that’s associated with the Unified Individual by searching the first name and
                  last name.</li>

              </ul>
