Before you turn on Custom Preference Pages, review these considerations:

- This change is permanent and can’t be undone.
- When you turn on custom preference pages, the legacy default preference pages no longer work. For each of your channels, Salesforce creates published default pages with the same subscriptions as your legacy pages. If you use a legacy default page URL anywhere, remove or update it.
- After you turn on custom preference pages, you can edit preference pages from the Consent tab or from the Content tab.

1. In Setup, search and select **Marketing Features**, and then select **Preference Page Customization**.
2. Turn on **Custom Preference Pages**.

After you turn on the functionality, you can customize any default pages that were created for you, or create new custom pages for each messaging channel that you use.
