# MDP Manage Your Account

Manage your account to view data, user actions, and analytics for your account.

- **[MDP Data Row Usage](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=mktg.mcidp_getstarted_manage_data_usage.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
When you upload data into Salesforce Marketing Intelligence Data Pipelines, each row of data in the source file occupies a row of data in MDP. Each MDP account has a set number of rows, depending on the license acquired, that can be divided among the workspaces in the account.
- **[Processed Rows](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=mktg.mcidp_getstarted_manage_processed_rows.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Processed rows are the number of rows in the source file that are ingested to the data stream every time that data is processed.
- **[Account Row Usage](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=mktg.mcidp_getstarted_manage_account_usage.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
View your current account row usage and your usage by the workspaces in your account.
- **[Workspace Row Usage](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=mktg.mcidp_getstarted_manage_wspace_usage.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
View your current workspace row usage and usage over time by the data sources and data streams in your workspace.
- **[Data Retention](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=mktg.mcidp_getstarted_manage_data_retention.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Data in MDP is stored for 90 days from the last process time so that you can clean and harmonize your data before exporting it for external consumption. After 90 days since your data was last processed, you can’t consume, query, report, or export your data when you create, reprocess, rerun, or recreate a data stream.
