# Manage Your Workspace in MDP

You can monitor row usage, upload images, and change your workspace settings.

1. On the left side of the navigation bar, click your workspace name.
2. On the top right of the new window, click the image icon.
3. To upload an image, click **Browse** and select an image for your workspace. By default, the image appears as a thumbnail instead of the workspace name at the top left of the navigation bar and as a thumbnail when switching a workspace. You can change this setting when changing the workspace image.
4. To change the workspace’s settings, click the gear icon.
5. To view the number of rows used by the workspace click **Row Usage**. You can also see your usage over time, broken down by the data sources and data streams in your workspace. If you hover over, you can see when your row quota resets.
6. To switch to another workspace for which you have permissions for, either search for a workspace by name or ID, or click a workspace tile.
7. To view and manage all the workspaces that are in your account and that you have permissions for, click **Manage Workspaces**.
8. To add a workspace to your favorites so you can easily find it, click the star icon . Click again to remove the workspace from your favorites.

    You can share common entities across workspaces and accounts. When the original entity is modified, you can opt to push the changes to all the workspaces that share the item. You can change only the original item, but you can de-link a shared item and then change it. You can also import new entities without updating existing shared items.
