# Manage MFA Settings in MDP at the User Level

Users can enable MFA and select verification methods from their user profile.

1. To the right of the navigation bar, click the dropdown arrow, and then click **Profile Settings** next to your name and email.
2. Select the user, and click **Edit**.
3. Under **Multi factor Authentication**, click **Enable**.
4. Select a verification method. See [Supported Verification Methods](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=mktg.mcidp_dato_getstarted_security_mfa_methods.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "When a user logs in to Marketing Cloud Intelligence Data Pipelines for the first time using MFA, the user must select at least one verification method.").
5. Save your work.
